I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, located on the top floor, providing a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with sincere and very professional staff who were incredibly accommodating. The location was superb, just a few minutes walk from the lake, allowing easy access to all the attractions in the Old Quarter. The dining experience offered a huge choice of Vietnamese and western dishes, which was included in our stay. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Hanoi.
